The new SBU is headquartered in Mannheim, Germany, chosen for its proximity to SAP’s global headquarters in Walldorf within the Rhine‑Neckar technology corridor.
Leadership
Aseem Gaur has been appointed Head of SBU DACH. He brings more than two decades of international consulting experience, having held senior roles at Capgemini, Ernst & Young, PwC, Bristlecone and CAMELOT Consulting Group. Maran Nagarajan, Founder and CEO of KaarTech, highlighted that the DACH SBU is a strategic milestone as the company prepares for an IPO, emphasizing the importance of a presence in Europe’s most mature SAP market.

The DACH SBU will deliver a boutique, high‑touch consulting model covering Discover, Transform and Optimize services tailored for manufacturing clients. Its focus is on SAP core and Supply Chain Management solutions, complemented by industry accelerators and the proprietary KEOS (Kaar Enterprise Operating System) platform.
