Overview
KaarTech announced on 27 October 2026 in Chennai that it is introducing KEOS, an operating layer for enterprise intelligence designed to embed governed artificial‑intelligence agents across business operations.
Architecture and Core Capabilities
KEOS links enterprise systems, organisational knowledge and operational context to enable informed decisions and scalable AI execution. It builds a shared understanding of processes, data and assets through enterprise discovery, an ontology‑based knowledge graph and a Context Lake that merges enterprise knowledge with operational memory, together forming an Enterprise Digital Twin—a living model of organisational activity. An Agent Factory and Enterprise Agent OS sit atop this foundation to create, orchestrate and run governed AI agents.
Offerings
KEOS is delivered through four distinct offerings:
- AI‑led Transformation embeds specialised AI agents throughout the SAP Activate lifecycle—from landscape discovery and AI‑readiness assessment to migration, testing and ongoing operations—accelerating transformation while preserving visibility and control over agent activity.
- Enterprise AI consolidates enterprise data, AI infrastructure, security and governance to provide contextual AI across applications and operations, helping organisations establish AI foundations aligned with sovereignty, deployment and data requirements.
- Phygital connects physical assets and field operations with AI via sensor, operational and enterprise data, supporting predictive‑maintenance, digital‑twin creation and connected‑worker copilots for maintenance and safety decisions.
- AI For Growth applies AI to marketing, sales and commercial functions, covering forecasting, pricing, customer expansion and aftermarket services, thereby linking fragmented workflows and using business intelligence to uncover revenue opportunities and improve execution.
Workforce Model
KEOS adoption is supported by KaarTech’s Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) model, which comprised more than 500 FDEs as of October 2026. The company intends to transition 100 % of its employees into FDE roles by March 2027, extending this delivery model across its entire workforce.
Integration, Governance and Deployment
KEOS integrates data from ERP, CRM and supply‑chain applications with operational technology, engineering models, documents and external intelligence, providing a unified business context that eliminates the need to rebuild enterprise understanding for each use case. Governance is embedded via a common control plane covering identity management, access policies, data‑privacy safeguards, auditability and mandatory human approval. Evaluation and observability tools monitor AI behaviour and operating costs, defining permissible data access, allowable actions and required human involvement. Deployment options include customer‑cloud environments, isolated air‑gapped installations and region‑pinned SaaS, selected according to customer policies and data‑location requirements.
