Kaarya Facilities Appoints Jitendra Rathod as CFO

Kaarya Facilities & Services Ltd. has appointed Mr. Jitendra Rathod as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective April 3, 2026.
The appointment is disclosed in compliance with SEBI LODR Regulation 30, following a recommendation by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Mr. Rathod, a long-tenured employee with over 15 years at the company, has been promoted from his role as Business Head – Commercials.
