Kabra Commercial Appoints Merchant Banker for Kabra Marble Delisting

Kabra Commercial Ltd appoints Intelligent Money Managers as merchant banker for the voluntary delisting of Kabra Marble Udyog Ltd from the Calcutta Stock Exchange.
The appointment was approved by the board of Kabra Commercial Ltd on April 6, 2026, in compliance with SEBI Delisting Regulations.
The promoter confirmed no fraudulent activities in the last six months and no share sales, as per the delisting regulations.
