Key Amendments

Replacement of Proposed Allottee: Mr. Saurabh Varma (Non-Promoter category) has been removed from the list of proposed allottees and replaced with Mr. Rakesh Amarlal Hinduja (Non-Promoter category) for the same number of Equity Shares (26,666 shares).

Reason for Change: The change was necessitated due to non-compliance with Regulation 159(1) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations, 2018. Mr. Saurabh Varma had sold/transferred Equity Shares of the Company during the 90 trading days preceding the Relevant Date (Monday, August 3, 2026), making him ineligible as a proposed allottee.

Preferential Issue Details Remain Unchanged:

  • Total Issue Size: 37,60,000 Equity Shares of face value ₹5 each
  • Issue Price: ₹375 per Equity Share
  • Total Issue Amount: ₹141,00,00,000 (Rupees One Hundred Forty-One Crore Only)
