Kaiser Corporation Limited (the "Transferee Company") has submitted an application to BSE Limited on September 02, 2026, seeking 'In-Principle' approval for the Scheme of Amalgamation of Emazing Deals Limited ("Transferor Company") into Kaiser Corporation Limited and their respective shareholders.
The application was filed in compliance with Regulation 37 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with the Master Circular on Scheme of Arrangement issued by SEBI.
