Appointment: Mr. Parag Goel has been appointed as Senior Management Personnel, designated as President Operations - Gailpur Plant.

Based on Recommendation: Nomination and Remuneration Committee

Resignation: The appointment of Mr. Parag Goel replaces Dr. Rajveer Choudhary who resigned from the position of COO (Gailpur Plant).

Mr. Parag Goel's Qualifications and Experience:

Educational Background: BE in Mechanical from IET, Lucknow
Previous Role: Head of Neemrana Plant and Group Safety Head across all six plants of Hero MotoCorp
Experience: Over 30 years with Hero MotoCorp

Areas of Expertise:

Plant operations and automation
Industry 4.0 implementation
Cost optimization and productivity enhancement
Greenfield and brownfield project leadership (across India and Bangladesh)
Operational excellence through Lean, TPM, Kaizen methodologies
Advanced technology implementation (cobots and AGVs)
Sustainability initiatives focusing on energy efficiency, water conservation, and carbon footprint reduction
People leadership with emphasis on building high-performing teams and promoting gender diversity on shop floor

The term of appointment will be as per the Employment Terms of the Company
