The company announced that Mr. Ashish Goel, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), tendered his resignation from the services of the company due to personal/health reasons. His resignation was accepted, and he ceased to be the CHRO and a part of the senior management with effect from July 27, 2026.

Mr. Ashish Goel's resignation email, dated June 16, 2026, cited health reasons as the cause for his decision to resign and requested that his last working day be considered as the date of the email. He requested the processing and settlement of all pending dues, including salary, reimbursements, leave encashment, and other applicable benefits as part of the Full & Final (F&F) settlement.

He confirmed that the only company asset in his possession, an office laptop and charging cord, had been kept at his office workstation drawer for collection by the concerned team.

An earlier email from Mr. Goel, dated June 11, 2026, also indicated an intent to resign with immediate effect due to personal reasons and in accordance with the terms of his employment dated February 5, 2026.
