Kajaria Ceramics Makes Kajaria Surfaces Wholly-Owned Subsidiary

Kajaria Ceramics acquired 9,50,000 equity shares (10%) of Kajaria Surfaces Private Limited on March 24, 2026, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.
Kajaria Surfaces, a tile manufacturer incorporated in December 2023, reported turnover of Rs. 109.97 crores and PAT of Rs. 1.09 crores for FY 2024-25.
The acquisition was a related party transaction, conducted at arm's length with prior Audit Committee approval; no regulatory approvals were required.
