Overview

Kajaria Group used its platform at the 23rd ARCASIA Forum in Jaipur to unveil a forward‑looking vision titled “Surfaces of Tomorrow”, integrating material science, advanced manufacturing and design thinking across its ceramic, bathware and adhesive portfolios.

Showcase Highlights

The pavilion entrance featured twin jaali‑inspired lattice screens framing a suspended hexagonal‑tile chandelier, guiding visitors through a narrative sequence built around Earth, Clay, Fire, Craft, Architecture and Innovation. Central to the display was the Ultima Collection, which employed the company’s Continua+ technology to produce stone‑inspired surfaces with enhanced depth and tactility. Adjacent to this, the Adira Collection presented large‑format tiles across six tonal directions—Cotto, Gris, Crema, Grey, Nero and Emerald—augmented by finishes such as Polka, Ridged, Straito, Bush Hammered and Beyond, allowing architects to specify texture as precisely as colour.

Technology and Materials

Both Ultima and Adira leveraged the AI+DG (Artificial Intelligence + Digital Glazed) platform, enabling digital manufacturing processes that expand expressive possibilities while maintaining engineered performance. The showcase also highlighted Gresbond’s range of adhesives and installation solutions, underscoring the importance of the finishing details that complete a space.

Kerovit Bathroom Solutions

Kerovit, Kajaria’s premium sanitaryware brand, displayed its Aurum Collection on a dedicated wall of bath fittings. The collection emphasizes personalisation, offering expressive finishes and thoughtful details that aim to make the bathroom a reflection of the individual user.

Executive Remarks

COO Pankaj Sethi stated, “Jaipur offered a particularly relevant setting to explore the Surfaces of Tomorrow because its architecture has always shown us what material can bring to a place. At Kajaria, we have spent decades evolving with this understanding. Today, we are using technology and innovation to take that knowledge further, creating surfaces that give designers new ways to imagine and shape space.” Vice Chairman Chetan Kajaria added, “For us, this was never just about presenting a product line. It was about opening a conversation, and imagining a world where surfaces shape how people live.” Managing Director Rishi Kajaria highlighted the Aurum Collection’s intent to give users freedom to shape bathroom spaces around personal preferences.

Designer Participation

The event featured reflections from a cross‑section of architects and designers, including Ar. Salil Ranadive (SR+A), Ar. Mukul Goyal (Studio MGA), Ar. Shripal Munshi (SVA), Ar. Gyanendra Singh Shekhawat (Ideas), Ar. Ashutosh Bhargava (IIA Rajasthan), curated by Ar. Nisthaa Pandey (N Arch Design Studio), as well as insights from Ar. Biju Kuriakose (architectureRED), Ar. Madhav Raman (Anagram), Ar. Reza Kabul (ARK Reza Kabul Architects) and Ar. Preethi Agrawal (Aalayam Designs). Their feedback broadened the conversation on how material, technology and design can jointly shape future surfaces.

Closing Perspective

By aligning advanced manufacturing technologies with a curated design narrative, Kajaria Group reinforced its commitment to material innovation, offering designers and homeowners a richer palette of surface options that blend aesthetic flexibility with engineered performance.
