On September 6, 2026, Kalind Limited executed an Equipment Rental & Services Agreement bearing Work Order No. ASESG/ULT/2026/007 dated September 5, 2026, with AME SAKI Mining and Construction Limited, Tarkwa, Western Region, Ghana.
Services to be Provided
Under the agreement, Kalind Limited will provide heavy earthmoving and mining equipment along with comprehensive operational support services. These services include skilled equipment operators, service engineers, maintenance and spare parts support, and logistics-related services at the designated mining operational area in Tarkwa, Ghana.
Financial Terms
The total contract value is USD 5,263,000 (United States Dollars Five Million Two Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand only), which is equivalent to approximately ₹50 crore. The value is subject to exchange rate fluctuations and the terms and conditions specified in the agreement.
Contract Duration
The agreement is valid for an initial period of up to twelve (12) months from the effective date of September 5, 2026. The contract may be extended by mutual written agreement between the parties.
