Kalind Limited shareholders approved all four special resolutions via postal ballot with near-unanimous support.
Resolutions included regularizing Payal Bafna as Independent Director and adopting new Articles of Association.
Total 18,614,887 valid votes were cast representing 15.27% of the company's share capital.
The results were scrutinized by Company Secretary Riddhi Shah and declared on May 16, 2026.
