• Area: Approximately 783.25 Cents.

• Consideration: ₹86.16 crores.

• Sale Deed Execution Date: September 30, 2026.

• Expected Completion Date: Immediate.

• Impact on Operations: The sale will not have any impact on the business operations of the Company as no business operations were carried out on the said land. The sale does not constitute the sale of an undertaking or substantially the whole of the undertaking for the Company in terms of section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013.

• Buyer Details: The property was sold to Shivasakthi Real Estates, Chennai. The purchaser does not belong to the promoter/promoter group/group companies of Kalyan Jewellers India Limited.

• Transaction Type: The transaction is not a related party transaction and is not part of any Scheme of Arrangement.
