Subsidy and Assistance Eligibility

The project is eligible to avail financial assistance/subsidy under the Gujarat Integrated Logistics and Logistics Park Policy 2021, subject to fulfilment of prescribed eligibility conditions and applicable guidelines.

Conditions of Registration

The registration is provisional and subject to 15 specific conditions including:

  • Compliance with GR guidelines and amendments
  • Obtaining all necessary environmental and regulatory clearances
  • Following Common GDCR norms for project development
  • Appointment of Third Party Quality Assurance agency
  • Submission of quarterly progress reports during implementation
  • Fixed capital investment (except land cost) incurred during operative period considered for assistance
  • Total assistance from Central and State Government schemes cannot exceed 60% of eligible project cost
  • No eligibility for incentives under any other state government schemes
