Kamat Hotels appointed Mr. Milind Wadekar as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel effective August 1, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board based on recommendations from Nomination and Audit Committees on May 12, 2026.
Mr. Wadekar brings over 30 years of finance experience, including two decades specifically in the hospitality sector.
