Kamat Hotels is discontinuing operations of IRA by Orchid Hotels, Mumbai effective April 1, 2026, due to Leave and License Agreement expiry.
The hotel contributed standalone revenue of ₹4,807.59 lakhs during FY2024-25, per the SEBI Regulation 30 disclosure.
The company stated the closure will not adversely impact overall profitability in coming financial years.
