Kamdhenu Ventures Allots 1.46 Crore Shares on Warrant Conversion

Kamdhenu Ventures Limited allotted 1,46,45,000 equity shares at Rs. 6.80 each upon conversion of warrants on 30th March 2026.
Allottee Kamdhenu Limited, a promoter group entity, acquires a 4.45% post-allotment stake; 1,50,00,000 warrants remain outstanding for future conversion.
Post-allotment paid-up equity share capital rises to Rs. 32.90 crore comprising 32,90,00,000 shares of face value Re. 1/- each.
