Kanpur Plastipack Limited reappoints Mr. Manoj Agarwal as Chairman Cum Managing Director for a 3-year term effective September 1, 2026.
The reappointment is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and follows Nomination Committee recommendation.
Mr. Agarwal brings over 40 years of experience in operations, administration, and export marketing to the role.
The company confirmed Mr. Agarwal is not debarred from directorship by SEBI, MCA, or any other authority.
