Kansai Nerolac Tests Paint at 86,000 ft

Kansai Nerolac launched a stratospheric balloon test of its Excel Everlast exterior paint at 86,000 feet (≈26 km).
The paint endured -64 °C temperatures, unfiltered UV radiation and near‑vacuum pressure, returning unblemished, proving its claimed durability.
CMO Ramkrishna Naik highlighted Excel Everlast 20’s 30% higher toughness, nano‑silica bullet‑proof protection and India’s first 20‑year warranty.
ULKA’s Rakesh Menon said the real‑world stratosphere test validates that if paint survives space it can survive any Earth condition.
