Karnataka Bank appointed Mrs. Biji Sreekrishnavilas Sankaranarayanan as an Additional Director and Executive Director for a three-year term.
The Reserve Bank of India approved the appointment on May 13, 2026, and she is confirmed not debarred by SEBI.
The appointment is subject to shareholder approval as per SEBI Listing Regulations and the Companies Act, 2013.
Mrs. Sankaranarayanan is a strategic banking leader with 31 years of experience across corporate and retail banking.
