Product Launch Details
Karnataka Bank announced the launch of Trade Konnect, a digital platform that enables customers to submit requests for import, export transactions and outward cross border remittances online. The platform eliminates the need for physical branch visits, allowing customers to submit requests anytime, anywhere.
Platform Features and Target Market
The platform is designed to support the evolving requirements of businesses engaged in international trade and individuals undertaking foreign remittances by providing a seamless, secure and efficient digital channel. It specifically handles:
- Import transaction requests
- Export transaction requests
- Outward cross border remittance requests
Launch Event and Participants
The platform was formally launched by Shri Raghavendra S Bhat, Managing Director & CEO of Karnataka Bank, through a virtual ceremony held at the Bank's Head Office in Mangaluru on 12.10.2026.
