Karnataka Bank Ltd. has made a disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The bank announced the elevation and promotion of three Senior Management Personnel from the Deputy General Manager cadre to the cadre of General Manager.
