Board recommended a final dividend of ₹2.60 per share (130%) on face value of ₹2 for FY26, subject to shareholder approval.
The dividend declaration was part of the Board meeting held on May 07, 2026, which also approved the bank's audited financial results.
The record date for dividend eligibility will be announced separately by the bank in due course.
