Kati Patang 71.17 Lakh Rights Shares Converted Fully Paid

Kati Patang Lifestyle Rights Issue Committee approved conversion of 71.16 lakh partly paid shares to fully paid status.
Conversion follows receipt of final call money of ₹10 per share paid between April 10-24, 2026.
Company will apply to stock exchanges for listing and trading approval of the newly fully paid shares.
