Kaya Limited Appoints Brijesh Goyal as CFO

Kaya Limited appointed Mr. Brijesh Goyal as Chief Financial Officer effective July 11, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board based on recommendations from Nomination and Audit Committees.
Mr. Goyal brings over 30 years of finance experience from Reliance Retail and Enrich Hair & Skin Solutions.
He was also authorized for determining materiality of events and making stock exchange disclosures effective May 20, 2026.
