Kamdhenu Colour and Coatings Limited (KCCL), a wholly owned material subsidiary, approved a rights issue of 3,800 equity shares aggregating ₹13.68 crore.
Shares are priced at ₹36,000 each (face value ₹10), with the offer open from 4th April to 10th April 2026.
Kamdhenu Ventures Limited's Investment Committee will separately decide the number of shares to subscribe and the amount to invest.
