KD Leisures EGM Approves Name Change, Director Appointments

KD Leisures Limited convenes EGM on May 22, 2026 to seek shareholder approval for changing company name to Vedic Ayurveda Limited.
Members to consider regularization of three directors: Ms. Kanchan Yadav as Non-Executive Independent Director, Ms. Deepika Awasthi as Executive Director, and Ms. Anubha Sinha as Non-Executive Director.
Special resolution proposed to alter Memorandum of Association to expand business objects into Ayurvedic, herbal, and wellness products and services.
EGM to be conducted virtually via VC/OAVM with remote e-voting available from May 19-21, 2026 through NSDL platform.
