KDDL Limited intimated a board meeting on 19th May 2026 to consider audited financial results for Q4 and FY26.
The board will also consider recommending a final dividend for the financial year 2025-26.
The company's trading window, closed since 1st April 2026, will reopen 48 hours after results declaration.
