Resignation of Previous Compliance Officer
- Ms. Pooja Chaubey resigned from the post of Compliance Officer effective 18th July 2026 from close of working hours
- Resignation was due to personal reasons
- She declared there are no other material reasons for her resignation
- Has no relationships with the company's directors
