Keerthi Industries sets 31st March 2026 as the effective date for the slump sale of its Electronics Division to Keerthi Holdings Pvt Ltd for INR 36 Crores.
The Electronics Division contributed INR 24.29 Crores (19.87%) of company's total income of INR 122.23 Crores in FY 2024-25.
Sale proceeds will repay term loans/cash credits of INR 29.11 Crores and unsecured loans of INR 26.54 Crores, saving ~INR 3.6 Crores annually in interest.
