KEI Industries invested ₹5.9 crore to acquire 26% stake in Solarcraft Power India 24 for captive solar power.
The investment includes equity shares and compulsory convertible debentures to source up to 11.25 MW solar capacity.
The transaction is not a related party deal and is expected to be completed within 90 days from May 20, 2026.
This move enhances the company's renewable energy sourcing to meet its sustainability commitments.
