Keltech Energies Limited has made a regulatory disclosure to BSE Limited pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations. The company received a Letter of Intent (LOI) on October 28, 2026, from its promoter group entity, Chowgule and Company Private Limited (CCPL), expressing intent to transfer equity shares of the company.

The proposed transfer is to be made in favor of Mr. Vijay Vishwasrao Chowgule, who will receive all 409,940 shares. Mr. Chowgule's DPID is IN305099 10010754.

The transfer constitutes an inter-se transfer among promoters and promoter group, and the aggregate shareholding of the promoter and promoter group in the company will remain unchanged before and after the proposed transfer.

The company states that the proposed transfer is intended to fall within the exemption provided under Regulation 10(1)(a)(ii) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, subject to fulfilment of prescribed conditions.
