Order Execution Status

Total order received from Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (CLW) under CLW-II order: 3,024 units

Status as of 17 August 2026:

  • Supplied during FY 2025-26 and up to 13 August 2026: 1,360 units
  • Balance quantity to be supplied: 1,664 units

Current production status of balance units:

  • 175 units completed and undergoing pre-dispatch process (expected dispatch: current month)
  • 1,025 units approximately 95% complete (planned dispatch: September and October 2026)
  • Minimum 500 units planned for dispatch in each of September and October 2026

Target completion schedule:

  • All dispatches to be completed by November 2026
  • Installation and commissioning formalities to be completed by 5 February 2027 (approximately two months post-dispatch)

Warranty Provision

Warranty period: 4 years from date of issue of completion certificate

Contract price includes warranty obligation (no separate consideration)

Accounting treatment: Company recognizes provision for warranty obligations under Ind AS 37 based on estimated costs

Provision reviewed periodically at each quarter-end and year-end

Any unrequired provision is reversed/written back

Future revenue opportunity: Upon warranty completion, expected Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) revenue at approximately 3% of capital cost per annum for 11 years, subject to contractual terms

Other Verticals / Diversification

Company is diversifying business into other verticals

Secured order amounting to approximately ₹15.90 crore (as previously intimated on 28.05.2026)
