Kesar Infraventures, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kesar India Limited, secured a ₹160 crore residential EPC contract from M/s Zee Enterprises.
The project involves constructing residential towers with allied infrastructure in Central Mumbai's Siddharth Nagar, Byculla area.
The contract execution period is 24 months and was awarded through an arm's length transaction with no promoter group interest.
