Kesar India Subsidiary Secures ₹160 Crore Mumbai EPC Contract

Kesar Infraventures, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kesar India Limited, secured a ₹160 crore EPC contract for a residential project in Central Mumbai.
The contract was awarded by M/s Zee Enterprises on May 21, 2026, for a large-scale residential development in Siddharth Nagar, Byculla.
The project involves construction of residential towers with allied infrastructure and is expected to be executed over 24 months.
This marks a significant milestone for Kesar Group's expanding infrastructure and EPC vertical alongside its core real estate business.
