The Notice of EOGM dated August 17, 2026 was taken as read. No shareholders registered as speaker shareholders. The meeting was conducted in compliance with Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Listing Regulations, and circulars issued by MCA and SEBI.

Outcome

The resolution is deemed to be passed subject to receipt of requisite majority. Voting results will be submitted separately as required under Regulation 44(3) of SEBI Listing Regulations.
