Keystone Realtors Reports Record FY26 Pre-Sales of INR 40.22 Bn

Keystone Realtors reported record pre-sales of INR 40.22 bn in FY26, a 33% YoY growth, and collections of INR 26.21 bn, up 13% YoY.
The company launched 7 projects with a GDV of INR 98.13 bn, exceeding its launch guidance by 40%, and added 5 business development projects with a GDV of INR 104.20 bn.
Credit ratings were reaffirmed at A+ (Stable by ICRA, Positive by India Ratings) and the company exceeded its full-year guidance for both launches and business development.
