KFin Technologies appointed Dinesh Khara as Non-Executive Independent Director for 5 years effective April 29, 2026.
Khara will assume Chairperson role from October 1, 2026, succeeding Vishwanathan Mavila Nair.
Vivek Narayan Mathur appointed as Whole-Time Director for 2 years effective April 29, 2026.
Board meeting held on April 29, 2026 approved appointments subject to shareholder approval.
