KFin Technologies Limited has remitted an aggregate amount equal to USD 1,999,999.20 towards capital infusion in its wholly owned subsidiary, KFin Technologies (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (KFin Singapore). The transaction occurred on July 16, 2026, at approximately 12:01 p.m. IST. This capital infusion follows the Board of Directors' approval granted at its meeting held on June 10, 2026, as previously intimated under reference no. CS&G/STX/JQ2026/28 dated June 10, 2026.
