KG Denim Limited has intimated the BSE Limited about an upcoming meeting of its Board of Directors. The meeting is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 4th August 2026.
The primary agenda for the board meeting is to consider and approve the re-appointment of three key managerial personnel:
- Shri KG Baalakrishnan (DIN: 00002174): Re-appointment as an Executive Chairman of the Company for a further period of three years, commencing from 3rd November 2026.
- Shri B Sriramulu (DIN: 00002560): Re-appointment as the Managing Director of the Company for a further period of three years, commencing from 3rd November 2026.
- Shri R Selvakumar (DIN: 00051608): Re-appointment as a Whole-time Director of the Company for a further period of three years, commencing from 7th August 2026.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company has also stated that the notice for the board meeting has been posted on the company's website in terms of Regulation 46 of the same regulations.
