Board approved reappointment of Mr. Utsav Khaitan as Joint Managing Director for three years effective May 1, 2026.
Reappointment is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing General Meeting of the company.
Mr. Utsav Khaitan holds 13,439 shares and is the son of Chairman & Managing Director Mr. Shailesh Khaitan.
