1. To receive, consider, approve and adopt the IND AS Compliant Standalone Audited Financial Statement of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2026 and the reports of the Auditors and directors thereon.

2. To re-appoint Mr. Kartik Jasubhai Patel (DIN: 00047862) who retires by rotation and being eligible offers himself for reappointment.

3. To ratify the appointment of M/s. MAAK And Associates, Ahmedabad (ICAI Firm Registration Number: 135024W) as Statutory Auditors for financial year 2026-27. Their appointment is for 5 financial years up to 31st March 2030.
