Khyati Multimedia-Entertainment Ltd appointed Ms. Ripalben Sachinkumar Sukhadiya as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective 28th March 2026.
The appointment was passed via Board Resolution in Meeting No. 07/2025-26 held on 28th March 2026, pursuant to Section 203 of Companies Act 2013 and SEBI LODR Regulations 6 and 30.
Ms. Sukhadiya holds ICSI membership ACS-043635 and will handle all legal and corporate compliance responsibilities for the company.
