Ms. Ripalben Sachinkumar Sukhadiya, ICSI member, proposed as Employee Company Secretary (KMP) under SEBI LODR Reg. 6.
Post-board approval, the company will file disclosures under Reg. 6 & 30 of SEBI LODR 2015 and DIR-12 with MCA/ROC.
