The 34th Annual General Meeting was held on Thursday, 27th August, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).

Proposed Resolutions and Implications

Four resolutions were put to vote:

1. Item No. 01 (Ordinary Resolution): To receive, consider, approve and adopt the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2026, together with the Report of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon.

Scrutinizer's Role and Findings

M/s. Deep Shukla & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries was appointed as the Scrutinizer for the remote e-voting and e-voting facility. The scrutinizer reviewed the voting data downloaded from MUFG Intime's e-voting system and confirmed that all resolutions secured the requisite majority of votes. The scrutinizer concluded that all four resolutions can be considered to have been passed.
