The Board of Directors meeting is scheduled to be held on Friday, November 6, 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.

Trading Window Closure

In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and subsequent amendments, along with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 and NSE Circular Reference no. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 2, 2019, and the Company's code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window has been closed since October 1, 2026. The Trading Window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are disclosed to the Stock Exchanges.
