Pallavi Garg resigned as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of Kimia Biosciences, effective April 3, 2026, due to personal reasons.
The resignation was submitted to the Board of Directors and will be placed for acceptance in the ensuing board meeting.
The company has intimated the stock exchange as per SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, and provided the required details in Annexure I.
