Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited (KIMS) has entered into an Operations and Management Agreement (O&M Agreement) with Sarvottam Health Care Private Limited (SHPL) on September 10, 2026. The agreement is for an initial term of 5 years with an option to extend for a further period of 5 years on an exclusive basis.
Under the agreement, KIMS will run, manage, operate, direct, and control SHPL in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the O&M Agreement. The hospital being managed is located in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, and operates under the brand name "Trust Multi Speciality Hospital".

- Initial Capacity: Commenced operations in 2010 with 50 beds
- Current Capacity: 183 beds after expansion
- Facility Structure: Cellar + ground floor with 7 upper floors (G+7 structure)
- Built-up Area: Approximately 9,847.23 square meters
- Land Area: Company-owned land measuring 3,001.36 square yards
- New Campus: State-of-the-art hospital building inaugurated in 2021
Financial Terms
KIMS is entitled to receive a revenue fee of 9% (Nine percent) of the total Net Revenue of the Hospital. Net Revenue is defined as gross revenue billed to the patient minus any concessions and discounts offered to the patient.
Operational Scope
SHPL has engaged KIMS as the exclusive operator to manage, run, operate, direct, and control the hospital operations. The hospital shall be under the exclusive supervision and control of KIMS, who shall be solely responsible for the proper operation and management of the Hospital.
