KIOCL Independent Director Kamble Tenure Completion

KIOCL discloses cessation of Independent Director Changdev Kamble after his one-year term ended on 15 April 2026.
The cessation follows a Ministry of Steel reappointment order for a fixed one-year period concluding naturally.
No new Independent Director has been appointed by the Government of India to replace Shri Kamble as of the disclosure date.
