Operational Disclosure
Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited (KFIL), a listed material subsidiary of Kirloskar Industries Limited, has temporarily suspended operations of its Mini Blast Furnace at the Hiriyur plant in Karnataka.
The suspension is effective from October 1, 2026, and is expected to last for approximately fifteen days. This temporary shutdown is for normal maintenance and repair activities.
The disclosure was made by KFIL to the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Kirloskar Industries Limited, as the parent company, has forwarded this material subsidiary update to both BSE and NSE for investor awareness.
